Optional marketing analytics cookies (including Leadsy data streams) are completely suppressed and are only initialized after you provide explicit, affirmative consent via our cookie compliance banner.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To map your submitted copy against our proprietary simulation logic and return engagement scores.
• To safely process recurring subscription fees and manage your operational billing profile via Stripe.

• AI Processing:Submitted creative copy is passed via private, encrypted API endpoints to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the qualitative persona analysis. Verify Products LLC enforces strict data-handling parameters ensuring your creative data is structurally insulated and **never** used to train base LLMs or Verify models.
• We do not sell, lease, or rent your marketing creative, company data, or personally identifiable information to third-party brokers or external networks.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users operating within the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom, Verify Products LLC processes your data under the following compliance frameworks:

• Contract performance: To execute the foundational analysis and deliver the persona audit records you explicitly subscribe to receive.
• Legitimate interests: To safeguard platform infrastructure, monitor for fraudulent activity, handle API rate limits, and maintain comprehensive platform security.
• Consent: For operational tracking pixels and non-essential newsletters — fully manageable and completely withdrawable by the user at any point.

International Data Transfers: Verify Products LLC is organized and operated within the State of Utah, United States. By accessing the platform, users outside the United States acknowledge and expressly consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of account and creative data within secure data centers located inside the United States.

5. Your Rights
